Who We Are
We are a community of believers with one shared heart — to see Stoke-on-Trent covered in prayer, blessed and transformed by the love and power of God.
Prayer Walk Stoke-on-Trent began with a simple conviction: that God hears the prayers of his people, and that a city can be changed when believers come together to pray. We felt a clear call to invite Christians across Stoke-on-Trent to stand in the gap for our city — walking the streets in prayer, gathering in worship, and trusting God for hope and healing.
What started as a small group praying together has grown into a ministry that gathers believers each week on Zoom, leads prayer walks through our communities, and hosts city-wide gatherings of prayer and worship. We are not a church — we are a movement of prayer, welcoming believers from many churches and backgrounds to unite in prayer for Stoke-on-Trent.
We believe prayer is not a last resort but a first response. As we walk and pray, we bless our streets, our schools, our families, our leaders and our neighbours in the name of Jesus, trusting him to bring transformation one street and one life at a time.

What We Believe
We believe in the power of prayer, the faithfulness of God, and the unity of his people. We believe Jesus Christ is Lord over Stoke-on-Trent, and that as we humble ourselves and pray, God hears from heaven and heals our land.
